My wife and I had a wonderful Boundary Waters trip, thanks to Chrissy and Peter.
They did everything to make our trip enjoyable, safe and relaxing from the very beginning.. Having the maps already marked months in advance really gave us time to study and plan our trip.
We will be using them again in the future.
Also we go a really good deal on some end of the season sale.

I just finished a Boundary Waters trip outfitted by Boundary Waters Outfitters. This was the first trip for both of us. BWO was great. They gave us very helpful advice and set us up to have a fantastic trip. I will be using them again.

Peter is excellent! From the beginning he was very helpful and informative. The bunkhouse was easy the night before the trip. Great equipment. He made everything easy for us! Don’t go anywhere else! This is the best place in Ely.

Peter and crew were great. 2 man party in my group, both first timers; they took care of everything and gave us the tackle box and all lures to take home. Great experience! A++++

We recently worked with Boundary Waters Outfitters for a fully outfitted first trip to the BWCAW and recommend them highly. The team at Boundary Waters Outfitters handled acquiring a permit, provided helpful packing lists and meal planning materials, and helped us plan a trip that aligned with our goals before our arrival. Upon arrival, we spent a very comfortable night in their bunkhouse. The morning we left, the team ensured that we knew how to use all of our gear (Kevlar Canoe, camping stove, bear bag, etc.), suggested great day trips from our base lake, helped us finalize our route, and even suggested the amazing campsite we stayed at!

Excellent experience throughout entire process, pre-planning through demob. My first time in the BW and this type of camping/canoeing, so we needed a lot of support… which these guys met and exceeded. Highly recommended.
