The best way to make a reservation is to call us. We will walk you through the whole trip planning process – make route suggestions, gear suggestions and even secure all your permits for you. Deposits

A deposit of $250 per permitted group is required to make a reservation. Guided trips will require an additional $300 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations & Early Returns

In the event of a cancellation, deposits (minus permit fees, camping fees and a $35 service fee) will be applied towards a future trip with Boundary waters Outfitters. The remaining deposit amount is valid for up to 2 years. No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the trip is to begin. No refunds will be issued for early returns and cancelled bunkrooms.
